Job Description :
1.Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site
2.Very Strong Channel Partner network in western suburbs
3.Responsible for Market research and surveys
4.Meeting Channel partners on daily, weekly, monthly basis to generate business ( on Field)
5.Training team on sourcing walk ins through Channel partners (150 to 200 monthly on sustenance model)
6.Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project
7.Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market
8.Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company
9.Responsible to generate 30% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site
10.Responsible to design Channel partner strategies every month
11.Responsible for achieving Individual as well as team sourcing Target set by the management
12.Participating in various exhibitions and activities to generate leads for the company
13.Create, maintain and follow day to day various types sales reports
14.Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool
15.Competition Tracking on regular interval and analysis for the same
16.Should be able to work on Sales CRM software
17.Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated
18.Making the SOP's for sales and site
19. Analyzing the business potential and implementing the plan to drive the channel sales and achieve the targets
20. Organizing the High tea and Channel partner meets on smaller and big platforms
21.May perform other duties as assigned by management
22.Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship.

Job Description Closing:
1.Managing from allocation of walk-ins at site to the respective team members to the closures and collection of OCR
2.Attending walk ins and Closing deals
3.Designing monthly Sales plan for the respective site on regular basis
4.Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment
5.Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them
6.Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
7.Responsible for revenue forecasting
8.Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches
9.Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner
10.Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines
11.Training team in Closing and giving them proper training, providing proper closing tools to make the sales process easy
12.Chair daily meetings at site to keep the updates and report to Vice President Sales
13.Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans
14.Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales
15.Organizing Customer events on daily basis to boost sales
