· Working out the feasibility for the project
· Coordinating with various departments like Design, Structural, MEP, Site Engineers etc. and ensuring all the work is completed on time with respect to approved plans
· Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same
· Should have knowledge of the regulations, various policies for approval of plans
· Knowledge & Skills Familiar with all the government departments,
· Preparing RERA Certificates, scrutiny, obtain NOC’s from Different Departments & Follow up work at govt offices.
· Should be well versed with all bye laws & rules & regulations of PMC( ( Panvel mumbai Corporation), CIDCO, MCGM & Other Govt Offices. Specially as per UDCPR and DCR -2034
· Playing a vital role in coordinating during constructions of various Residential Commercial Complex, Receiving stations, in Navi mumbai, mumbai, etc..
· Managing and coordinating with various consultants/ Govt. officials for getting the project approvals like IOD, CC, Further CC, Full CC, Full/Part OC and preparing compliances for same.
· Ensuring all the compliance required for various NOC `s like MOEF, HRC, CFO, EETC, Tree, SWD, Drainage etc. are completed on time
· Preferably worked in PMC, CIDCO
· Preferable if has Knowledge of Marathi.

Job Description Closing:
1.Managing from allocation of walk-ins at site to the respective team members to the closures and collection of OCR
2.Attending walk ins and Closing deals
3.Designing monthly Sales plan for the respective site on regular basis
4.Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment
5.Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them
6.Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets
7.Responsible for revenue forecasting
8.Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches
9.Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner
10.Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines
11.Training team in Closing and giving them proper training, providing proper closing tools to make the sales process easy
12.Chair daily meetings at site to keep the updates and report to Vice President Sales
13.Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans
14.Building good customer relationship and generating reference client to boost sales
15.Organizing Customer events on daily basis to boost sales
