Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst & Community Manager to manage
our social media presence, engage with online communities, and analyse campaign performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.
• Analyse social media performance metrics, engagement trends, reach, impressions, and campaign effectiveness.
• Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong online communities to improve audience engagement and brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution and branding consistency.
• Managing the online reputation of the brand and handling any customer complaints when needed.
• Coordinate with micro & nano influencers for UGC collaborations.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, brand promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Support OEM through LinkedIn content, B2B video snippets, case studies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube
• Good communication and community engagement skills
• Ability to analyse social media performance and generate reports
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy preferred
• FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.


Working days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday will be WFH for Initially months)

Qualification: Any Graduate
