Job Description:   

Role Overview:-
The Resource & Mobilization Manager is responsible for the timely deployment and management of skilled and unskilled labor across project sites. This role is critical to maintaining project timelines by coordinating carpentry, civil, and housekeeping teams while ensuring worker well-being, retention, and productivity.

Key deliverables:
  - Timely manpower availability at all sites.
  - Reduced labor downtime and optimized utilization.
  - High labor retention and satisfaction.
  - Minimal project delays due to staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Resource Planning & Mobilization: Plan and execute the mobilization of labor according to project schedules and manpower forecasts.
  - Inter-Site Resource Movement: Manage labor transfers between sites to optimize workforce utilization and avoid idle labor.
  - Worker Welfare & Retention: Oversee accommodation, food, hygiene, and safety standards to maintain a positive environment and improve retention.
  - Travel & Logistics Management: Arrange travel and onboarding logistics for mobilized labor with a focus on cost efficiency and minimal downtime.
  - Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Partner with labor contractors for timely manpower supply and evaluate their performance.
  - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure labor complies with statutory requirements and maintain accurate attendance and deployment records.

Key Skills & Competencies:
  - Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  - Deep understanding of construction or interior project workflows.
  - Proven people management and conflict resolution skills.
  - A logistics-driven mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  - Graduate or Diploma in any field (Construction or Operations preferred).
  - 5–10 years of experience in manpower management within construction, interiors, or EPC projects.
  - Experience in multi-site workforce deployment is highly desirable.
