Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager from a cloud kitchen / QSR background to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth outlet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across kitchen units
Ensure quality control, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Monitor order flow, delivery timelines, and customer experience
Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and supply management
Lead and manage kitchen staff and shift operations
Ideal Candidate:
4–8 years of experience in operations within cloud kitchen / QSR brands
Strong understanding of food operations, delivery platforms, and team management
Ability to manage multiple outlets and operational KPIs
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: QSR operations, Cloud kitchen
