Job Description:   

•    Finalization of Accounts:
Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Annual Accounts Statements.
•    Reconciliations:
Review and reconcile bank accounts
•    Ledger Review:
Perform detailed ledger scrutiny, identify and correct misclassifications, and ensure accuracy before finalization.
•    Tax Computation:
Should have good knowledge on GST and its returns other TAX as applicable.
•    Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all deliverables comply with accounting and reporting standards.
•    Team Guidance:
Lead, mentor, and review the work of team members, providing technical support and training where required.
•    Education & Experience:
•    Education: Bachelors Degree (Commerce preferred); CA Inter / CA Articleship completed preferred.
•    Experience: 10 to 14 years of experience 
•    Strong understanding of finalization of accounts 
•    Skills & Competencies:n-depth knowledge of accounting principles 
•    Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
•    Excellent analytical and logical reasoning ability.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    High attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Leadership and mentoring skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate + Inter CA
