Job Description: Role: Product Design Head
Industry: Luxury Interior Products / Meta-Luxury Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design strategy across furniture, décor, and interior product categories
- Drive concept-to-commercialization lifecycle: ideation, design development, prototyping, and final production
- Build and manage a high-performance design team (industrial designers, visualizers, product specialists)
- Collaborate with manufacturing (in-house & vendors) to ensure design feasibility, quality, and timelines
- Align product aesthetics with global luxury trends and brand positioning
- Oversee innovation pipeline across multiple product brands and categories
- Ensure strong design differentiation and storytelling across collections
Candidate Profile:
- 10–15+ years in product / interior design (preferably luxury segment)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven and high-end design work
- Experience working with manufacturing ecosystems
- Leadership exposure managing multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Qualification: Any Graduate
