We are looking for a 3D Rendering Specialist to create high-impact, photorealistic visuals for our international luxury township projects.
If you can bring spaces, lifestyle, and community to life through visuals, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do
Create photorealistic renders for:
Luxury villas & interiors
Township masterplans & landscapes
Clubhouse, restaurant & rooftop spaces
Develop 3D walkthroughs & animations
Work on day, dusk & night lighting moods
Translate concepts into sellable, lifestyle-driven visuals
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in 3D visualization (real estate / hospitality preferred)
Strong skills in:
AutoCAD / Sketchup / Blender
Eye for luxury aesthetics, lighting & detailing
Ability to create emotion-driven, high-quality renders
Accommodation provided.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: real estate projects, AutoCAD
