Job Description: Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and managing existing accounts within the US market Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and outbound outreach. - Identify and acquire new clients in the US market to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services to close deals. - Manage and grow existing client accounts by offering additional solutions and services. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and support. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities. - Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in US calling process, handling US clients, and international outbound sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. - Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. - Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours. Shift: Fixed night shift (US hours) · 10-hour shifts · 5days working + 2 rotational offs
Qualification: Any Graduate
