Job Description:   

Looking for a purpose-driven professional who is excited to work in the education and social impact space. As a Senior Executive in our Fundraising team, you will work closely with the leadership to expand our reach through CSR partnerships and Government projects.

Position:  Senior Executive – Fund Raising and Partnerships (B2B Social Impact Programmes)

Experience:  3 to 5 years (experience in CSR, social development, or government engagement preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support revenue generation through CSR partnerships and Government-funded initiatives.
•    Assist in building and maintaining relationships with CSRs, NGOs, consultants, and government departments.
•    Contribute to writing proposals, budgeting, and follow-up on project deliverables and payments.
•    Help identify opportunities through events, networks, and social media engagement.
•    Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for visibility and partnership growth.
•    Prepare presentations and reports based on data from field operations and project outcomes.
•    Willingness to travel extensively for project visits and partner meetings.

Essential Requirements
•    Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, CSR, or related field.
•    3+ years of experience in CSR, fundraising, development sector, or government engagement.
•    Strong written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
•    Good coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or data tracking tools is an advantage.
•    A team player with a sense of ownership and initiative.
