Job Description:   

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect who will lead architectural design, space planning and end-to-end execution. The candidate must have strong leadership ability, technical proficiency, aesthetic understanding and the capability to convert creative ideas into efficient, sophisticated & luxury functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & review all architectural design deliverables

Prepare concepts, schematic designs, layouts, mood boards & presentation decks

Create detailed drawings, GFC sets, BOQs & material schedules

Ensure all designs adhere to building bye-laws, health & safety codes & approvals

Coordinate with architectural, structural, interior, MEP & landscape consultants

Vendor & material selection, design reviews and site execution coordination

Conduct weekly site reviews in Alibaug & monitor construction progress

Communicate and report project status to Founders & Leadership

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure design intent is executed accurately

Drive timelines, milestones and proactive issue resolution

Work closely with project teams to ensure brand guideline alignment

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in (Master’s in Architecture/Design preferred)

Valid state registration/license

7+ years of work experience in Architecture (luxury / hospitality / wellness preferred)

Excellent portfolio demonstrating high quality built work

Strong design sense, material knowledge & space understanding

Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit / SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office

Ability to handle full cycle projects independently

Strong stakeholder, consultant & vendor management skills

Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills

Detail-oriented, analytical & deadline driven

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s in Architecture/Design preferred)
