Job Description:   

Job Requirements:

1:    Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office coordination.
2:    Well-versed with Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
3:    Proficient in MS Office tools — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4:    Skilled in computer browsing, PowerPoint presentation creation, email drafting, and typing.
5:    Ability to prepare quotations, costing sheets and maintain accurate records.
6:    Strong email drafting and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
7:    Capable of editing documents, maintaining professional correspondence, and following up with clients.
8:    Presentable and professional at work with strong attention to detail.
9:    Job time : Mon to Sat (9.45 am -7.00 pm)


Qualification: Any Graduate
