Job Description: About the company: My client is a premium wellness and lifestyle brand dedicated to creating holistic solutions for modern living. We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage both Human Resources and Administration, ensuring smooth operations and a people-first work culture. Role Purpose The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations while also managing office administration and facilities. This role requires a versatile professional who can balance people management with operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Human Resources • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities. • Design and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance with labor laws. • Drive employee engagement initiatives, training & development programs, and performance reviews. • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration. • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide effective resolutions. Administration • Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor management, and facility management. • Ensure smooth coordination for office utilities, housekeeping, security, and general upkeep. • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure cost-effective vendor negotiations. • Support travel bookings, logistics, event management, and corporate hospitality. • Manage compliance with statutory requirements (licenses, renewals, safety protocols, etc.). • Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years handling admin responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, and compliance in India. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and handle both strategic HR tasks and operational admin responsibilities. • Proficiency in MS Office. Word Days : Mon to Fri (10am to 6 pm) Salary : INR 6.00 LPA to 8.000 LPA (Negotiable)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
