We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing to lead our growth in the luxury real estate and wellness domain. This strategic leadership role demands a professional with deep industry insight, exceptional client relationship skills, and a strong track record in luxury sales and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Drive topline sales growth through strategic planning, performance management, and high-touch client engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to target UHNI and HNI customers, CXOs, celebrities, and global investors.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet aggressive revenue goals.
Luxury Marketing & Brand Strategy:
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns for luxury audiences across digital, print, PR, and experiential events.
• Oversee the brand positioning of Avas Wellness as India’s most aspirational and exclusive luxury wellness destination.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, and digital partners to ensure consistent brand language and image.
Client Experience & Relationship Management:
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value clients and influencers.
• Personalize the client experience throughout the sales journey, ensuring seamless and confidential service.
• Represent the brand at high-end events, private previews, and curated experiential showcases.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the CEO, design, execution, and operations teams to align on project launches, pricing, and positioning.
• Act as a business partner across functions to integrate client feedback into product design and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5+ years in the luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle segment preferred.
• Proven success in managing high-value transactions and selling to UHNI/HNI clientele.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand building, and storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with integrity and discretion.

Compensation:
INR 24 lacs pa (Negotiable) + performance-based incentives, aligned with seniority and experience.
Mumbai / Alibaug, Maharashtra (Hybrid with travel to project locations as required)
Qualification: Any Graduate
