Job Description:   

Position Summary:
Lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management, will be developing a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization. Reverting on Mails/Call in German language.

Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management
To work towards CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and create performance dashboards (MIS Reports) 
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization

Job Requirement:
Emphasize LinkedIn proficiency for lead generation and outreach. 
International exposure outbound or inbound preferred
Experience with German key account management preferable 
Experience in data management, MS Office ,Outlook and excel, Skype calling, LinkedIn.
Experience of calling and emailing German clients required.
Capable of generating customer MIS reports in Excel
Emphasize use of video calling tools like Teams, Google meet.

Qualifications & Other Skills Required:
❖ Any Graduate
❖ B2.2 Level Qualified of German Language - required
❖ Good Written and Verbal English & German communication
❖ Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace proficiency. 

Working Days: 5 Days (2 rotational weeks off).
Shift Timings: Rotational Hours (Any 9 hours between 8AM to 10PM)

Qualification: Any Graduate + B2.2 and above in German
