Job Description: The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a basic understanding of payroll processes. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. • Maintain and update employee records and documentation. • Provide assistance in basic payroll-related tasks and attendance management. • Support HR operations such as documentation, data entry, and employee queries. • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications. Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment. • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts . • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
