Job Description:   

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support commercial real estate transactions, focusing on leasing, investment advisory, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, coordinating property viewings, and assisting in transaction execution. This is an in-office & field role requiring strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively reach out to corporate occupiers, landlords, and investors through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

· Build and manage a pipeline by tracking lease expiries, expansion plans, and investment interests.

· Maintain and update a database of tenants, landlords, and investors across key micro-markets.

· Structure and support commercial leasing and sale transactions for office and retail spaces.

· Identify and propose suitable properties based on client requirements and investment goals.

· Share market insights on rental trends, capital values, and asset performance.

· Conduct micro-market mapping, property inspections, and gather intelligence on vacancy rates and upcoming supply.

· Maintain a detailed inventory of office buildings, coworking spaces, and investment-grade assets.

· Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and negotiations between clients and landlords.

· Support documentation, financial analysis, and proposal drafting during transactions.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and landlords.

· Ensure smooth transaction execution and provide post-deal support and client servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

2.  Experience: 1–5 years in sales, business development, leasing, or real estate advisory.

3. Skills:

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and networking ability.

· Ability to analyse market trends and investment opportunities.

· Comfortable with cold calling, CRM tools, and real estate databases.

Willingness to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings

Experience Level: 1–5 years

Reporting To: Senior Transaction Manager / Director


Qualification: Any Graduate
