Job Description: Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization or specific product lines to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with sales, product, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
Oversee content creation, advertising, digital marketing, and branding efforts.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or MBA).
3–7 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in B2C or industrial marketing (if relevant).
Familiarity with social media advertising and email marketing tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA
