Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate firm. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead generation to post-sale support. Key Responsibilities Sales & Strategy: • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote real estate projects. • Identify and analyze target markets to effectively position our offerings. • Set and monitor sales targets to align with business objectives. Lead Generation: • Generate high-quality leads through digital advertising, referrals, cold calling, networking, and other innovative channels. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management: • Provide exceptional customer service across the sales process—from inquiry to closing. • Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships. Market Research: • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. • Utilize insights to optimize marketing strategies and product offerings. Marketing Collateral & Campaigns: • Create compelling brochures, flyers, digital ads, and presentations to support sales activities. • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Events & Promotions: • Plan and execute promotional events, property tours, webinars, and real estate exhibitions to attract potential buyers. • Coordinate logistics and marketing efforts to ensure event success. Deal Negotiation & Closure: • Lead negotiations with prospective buyers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the firm. • Manage documentation and liaise with legal/finance teams during transaction closures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with development, legal, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance. Digital & E-Commerce Management: • Oversee the e-commerce vertical to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Manage backend systems, online inventory, order fulfillment, and post-sale support. • Implement and execute effective social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns. • Coordinate events and content production to amplify brand reach and engagement. Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI using CRM and analytics tools. • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to senior management. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and social media management. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. • Highly organized with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
