Job Description:   

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development:

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals and business objectives. Identify target audiences, set clear goals, and determine the best platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Content Creation & Management:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). This includes writing copy, designing graphics, and overseeing video production when necessary.

• Community Engagement:

Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant conversations. Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and customers to strengthen brand presence.

• Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals. Measure and optimize campaign performance, ensuring high engagement rates.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) and provide regular reports on performance. Use insights to refine strategies, improve content, and drive better results.

• Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Leverage emerging trends to create relevant content and keep the brand at the forefront of digital conversations.

• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with the marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing efforts. Align social media activities with product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

• Paid Social Advertising:

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including strategy, setup, optimization, and budget management.

• Brand Voice & Consistency:

Ensure all content and interactions align with the company’s brand voice and values. Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Experience:

3-5 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or organization. Experience in both organic and paid social media campaigns is essential.

• Social Media Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with the tools and trends specific to each platform.

• Content Creation Skills:

Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.

• Analytical & Reporting Skills:

Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.). Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.

• Project Management:

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
