Job Description:   

As a Senior Architect with over 17 years of experience, you will play a key role in leading and shaping the architectural vision of our firm. Your expertise will contribute to the design excellence and innovation of our projects, ensuring they align with our design aesthetics, project requirements, industry standards, and local regulations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in delivering iconic and sustainable developments while ensuring that all required drawings and GFCs are coordinated and ready for issue at the appropriate time in the project schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Collaborate in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate development projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the entire architectural process, from initial concept development through construction and project completion, ensuring design integrity and quality are maintained, conducting regular site visits as might be required, project timelines are followed and all site/as-built queries are answered at the earliest.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements in Mumbai and other
cities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including all consultants (Architect, Liaising Architect, Structural, MEP, Facade, Landscape, Vaastu, etc.), liaising teams, urban planners, engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to integrate various aspects into cohesive architectural designs.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to juniors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Innovation and Sustainability: Introduce innovative and sustainable design solutions, staying abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects, conducting regular design reviews.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 12-14 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on working on real estate projects.
• Min 7 years of experience as Project architect in a developer firm.
• Experience in HRC and MOEF will be preferred
• Proficiency in CAD software, Revit ,3D Modelling Tools and other relevant design tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire all cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with local construction practices, building regulations, and real estate market trends in Mumbai.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect in Mumbai, with relevant certifications
