Qualifications And Skills • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years within jewellery sector • Strong understanding of field marketing strategies (Mandatory skill). • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to engage and maintain customer relationships. • Proficiency in customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. • Excellent networking skills to establish and nurture business connections. • Effective time management skills to organize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • Competency in negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements and support sales objectives. • Experience in developing and implementing successful campaign strategies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through targeted marketing efforts. • Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize outreach. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve service delivery. • Monitor marketing and sales performance to determine the effectiveness of the sales teams’ efforts. • Prepare detailed reports on growth, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve brand strategies and customer engagement. • Track daily sales and help achieve sales targets. • Handle region finances, reimbursements and ensure profits.
