Job Description:   

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Windows systems administration, network infrastructure, and enterprise security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments
- Oversee domain infrastructure and Active Directory administration
- Implement and maintain security protocols and backup solutions
- Provide technical leadership and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex system issues
- Manage group policies and organizational units
- Configure and maintain network services (DNS, DHCP)
- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions

Technical Requirements
Windows Systems Administration
- Proven experience in Windows 10/11 deployment and maintenance
- Expertise in troubleshooting Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issues
- Proficiency in BitLocker implementation and management

Network Infrastructure
- Strong understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) configuration and management
- Experience with DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server setup and maintenance
- Demonstrated knowledge of domain controllers (DC) and additional domain controllers (ADC)

Active Directory & Group Policy
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory architecture and management
- Experience in designing and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Proficiency in creating and managing Organizational Units (OU)
- Skilled in domain joining procedures and troubleshooting

Storage & Backup
- Understanding of RAID configurations and implementation
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions and security protocols
- Knowledge of data retention policies and security best practices

Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proven track record of successful domain controller implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level system security
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, CompTIA, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure

Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/IT + relevant certification
