Job Description:   

Responsibilities:
Creative Designer for Office Interior
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Produce “sample” and “mood products”
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Drawings and Presentation
Regular Client communication and Documentation
To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images,
Material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design

Requirements:
Experience in Interior Design of Corporate Offices
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Good written and verbal communicator.
Knows AutoCAD, Google Sketch up
Knowhow of Graphic Designing is added advantage
Excellent in presentation
Coordination Experience is added advantage
Turnkey Project Experience
Motivated and passionate about design.
Work as a contributing Team member
Have an Industry recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
Able to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team
To have strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles

Qualification: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture

Keyskills:   commercial projects, interior design
