Job Description:   

Role Overview:

As the Senior Sales Manager for a luxury real estate firm specializing in villa sales, you will be responsible for driving high-value transactions, managing client relationships, and leading a team to meet sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring premium client experiences and helping to shape the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

o Lead the sales efforts for luxury villas, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs.

o Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

o Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including presentations, negotiations, and after-sales services.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

o Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

o Offer expert advice on property investment, market trends, and legal documentation.

3. Team Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing direction and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.

o Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews for the team.

4. Market Strategy and Intelligence:

o Stay updated with the luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.

o Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

5. Sales Operations and Reporting:

o Oversee sales operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

o Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

o Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

6. Luxury Client Experience:

o Ensure that the client experience aligns with the luxury positioning of the company, from property tours to after-sales support.

o Organize and attend client events, property exhibitions, and exclusive viewings to drive engagement.

7. Collaboration with Other Departments:

o Work closely with the design, marketing, and legal teams to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.

o Coordinate with property development teams to ensure timely delivery and superior quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in luxury real estate or high-end villa sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and trends.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

• Existing network with HNIs, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
