Job Description:   

Lead and manage residential architectural projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing all phases of construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential project management, architecture, and BIM (Building Information Modelling).

Key Responsibilities:
1    Lead the architectural design process, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
2    Coordinate with management, consultants, and contractors to align project goals and expectations.
3    Oversee the creation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with client requirements.
4    Ensure that designs meet building codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
5    Review and approve design modifications during the construction phase, ensuring consistency with the original design intent.
6    Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering, interiors, and construction teams.
7    Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with architectural plans and quality standards.
8    Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and review construction-related documents to resolve any issues.

Qualifications:
1    Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.).

Experience:
1    Minimum 7-15 years of experience in residential design and project management.
2    Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects.

Technical Skills:
1    Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software.
2    Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Preferred:
1    PMP certification and advanced proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling).
2    Experience working with developer firms; experience in design firms is an added advantage.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.)
