Job Summary:    

This role entails managing the front office operations of the business.

Detailed Job Description:

 
Client Interaction:
1    Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they enter into office
2    Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel
3    Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
4    Answer client telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
5    Provide information to callers over the telephone
6    Respond to emails and office correspondence
7    Assist visitors to fill out forms
8    Assist in resolving clients issues and complaints

Administrative Roles:
1    Update employee attendance and visitors records
2    Monitor, stock and restock material inventory
3    Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as booking materials, e-fast, uber/ola
4    Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis
5    Schedule staff appointments with clients or company representatives
6    Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
7    Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Core Competencies:  
1    Must be a graduate with minimum 2 Yrs. experience in handling Front Desk operations.
2    Excellent in communication verbal and written skills in English and local language
3    Working Knowledge of MS Office
4    Good in interaction and handling people
5    Should have a pleasant personality

Work Days: Mon to Sat (10:00am to 6:00 pm)


Qualification: Any Graduate

Keyskills:   reception, front desk, admin
