Job Description:   

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to oversee the infrastructure development and construction of our Township Villa Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure design and implementation. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

·        Infrastructure Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for the infrastructure of the villa project, including roads, drainage systems, water supply, sewage systems, MEP services and Landscaping.

·        Design and Engineering: Lead the design process for infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, environmental considerations, and project requirements. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to develop efficient and cost-effective designs.

·        Project Management: Manage all aspects of infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.

·        Coordination: Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, utility providers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth implementation of infrastructure projects. Communicate project updates and resolve conflicts as needed.

·        Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that infrastructure systems meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and functionality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.

·        Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all infrastructure projects, including plans, specifications, contracts, permits, and approvals. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, performance, and budgetary compliance for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 6-7 years of experience in Township Projects Infra Development along with Building Constructions.

·        Exposure of high-end villa is desirable.

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and construction.

·        Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

·        Strong technical skills in engineering design software and project management tools.

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·        Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
