Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team. This individual contributor role is perfect for someone passionate about networking and excels in a target-oriented environment. The role encompasses two key facets: Business-to-Business Sales and Recruitment Consulting within the assigned industry practice. You will build and grow a client portfolio and consult clients and manage the entire process, from mapping and sourcing to pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new clients. This role is strictly target-oriented and offers the flexibility of working from home. Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries in the India and abroad region requiring staffing solutions. Competitive salary and commission structure.
Independently generate leads and identify prospects and Initiate contact and build relationships to introduce our staffing services.
Identify key decision makers in both active and passive client portfolios, influencing their decisions and ensuring sustained business relationships.
Build and expand a client portfolio leveraging commercial insights into recruitment needs.
Present our staffing solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value we can bring to their businesses.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust and address any inquiries.
Lead negotiation processes, define terms, and address client concerns to secure agreements.
Network extensively within the industry sector to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to proactively address market challenges and opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the agency.
Requirements:
Proven track record in independent B2B sales, ideally within the recruitment industry or related services.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to consult on recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
