Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in the professional services industry, particularly in Audit, Due Diligence, Consulting, Tax, and Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Reporting
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
1: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, industry events, cold calling, and digital marketing.
2: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth
1: Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
2: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
3: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Relationship Management
1: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
2: Understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs effectively.
3: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis
1: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
2: Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
3: Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaboration & Teamwork
1: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Audit, Consulting, and Advisory to ensure alignment and support for business development activities.
2: Participate in cross-functional projects to drive overall business growth.
1: Ensure all business development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
2: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the professional services industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in Audit, Due Diligence, Consulting, Tax, and Advisory services is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the professional services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
