Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This individual contributor role is perfect for someone passionate about end-to-end recruitment and excels in a target-oriented environment. The role encompasses two key facets: Business-to-Business Sales and Recruitment Consulting within the assigned industry practice. You will build and grow a client portfolio, consult clients and candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process, from mapping and sourcing to pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new clients. This role is strictly target-oriented and offers the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Development: Build and grow a client portfolio by leveraging commercial information related to recruitment needs. Identify decision-makers within both active and passive client portfolios and influence their thought processes to ensure business continuity.
- Consultative Selling: Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solutions for attracting candidates. Advise candidates on their career paths, focusing on middle to CXO-level talent.
- Networking: Network across your industry sector to identify market trends and growth areas. Maintain strong industry connections to stay ahead of recruitment needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing tools, including our proprietary database, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and advertising.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients. Balance excellent service with positive commercial outcomes.
- Client Servicing: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, driving personal and company success in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CTC: Negotiable for right candidate
Qualification: Masters/Bachelors in Business faculty or relevant
