Job Description:   

•    Responsible for Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection
•    Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, UTM etc.
•    Knowledge of Quality System Documentation: PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan                          
•    Process Flow Diagram, SOP, Work Instruction & QAP
•    Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology
•    Responsible for supplier quality performance and customer quality management
•    Knowledge of supplier development and customer audit assessment
•    Responsible for Third Party Inspection and customer witness Inspection
•    Knowledge of In-house rejection analysis CAPA and customer complaint analysis
•    Knowledge of manufacturing process audit, action taken and its effectiveness
•    Identifying areas of improvement in the organization
•    Knowledge of process parameter validation and control
•    knowledge of QMS activity and its implementation in organization
•    Responsible for internal audit and ISO 9001:2015 audit planning, documentation & action plan submission
•    Knowledge of Change-Control-Record-Document-format
•    Knowledge of new product feasibility review report

Requirements
•    Education: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•    Candidates from engineering industry having 8+ years of experience
•    Candidates from fasteners industry would be an added advantage
•    Logical Thinker, All Rounder, Energetic, Dynamic

Work Timing: 9.30am to 7.30pm, 6 Days a Week Working

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
