Job Description: About the client: The client is a leading ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and exporter of high-quality alloy steel and stainless steel fasteners. These products are designed to meet various geometric requirements for international brands. The company, a strategic business unit of a four-decade-old organization, specializes in manufacturing a wide range of construction fasteners. KRA's 2: Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of specifications by meeting with structural consultants, MEP consultants, engineers, architects, and RCC consultants. 3: Design anchors and post-installed rebar systems. 4: Offer engineering support on post-installed anchor and rebar systems to gain specifications through unique engineering services. 5: Demonstrate consultative selling skills by presenting to design teams, identifying their needs, and providing optimized solutions. 6: Develop strong relationships with technical decision-makers to achieve favorable product specifications for design-build projects. 8: Identify key focus projects and create business plans to maximize sales. 9: Monitor progress through weekly calls. 10: Offer technical support and training to the sales team to ensure high-quality engineering support services for customers. 11: Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve any issues and proactively generate new business opportunities. 12: Distribute product information and track specifications in the CRM system. 13: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. 14: Conduct technical seminars at specifiers' offices and potential sites to develop short- and long-term business opportunities for the company.
1: Secure business through detailed specifications and provide technical support to designers.
7: Work with Managers to develop, analyze, and manage business plans related to customer design-build projects.
Qualification: Any graduate
