Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant - Real Estate at Da Werben, located in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks related to real estate projects. This includes financial planning, budgeting, auditing, tax management, and financial analysis. The Chartered Accountant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. KRA's: Co-ordination with Auditors Preparation of Financial Statements Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements Preparation of MIS and other reports Preparation / Review of Income Tax Returns TDS,GST Returns, etc. RERA Compliances Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, real estate, finance and tax regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Chartered Accountant certification Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
