Job Description:   

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth objectives

- Oversee the company's bank funding activities and ensure that adequate funding is available for business operations

- Lead the company's equity investments, working closely with investors to identify opportunities for growth and maximize returns

- Ensure that the company's financial practices are compliant with relevant regulations, laws, and standards

- Focus on growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, to ensure that the company's financial resources are optimized and synergies are leveraged.

- Manage financial planning and analysis activities. Supervise the creation of reports and implementation of tools for budgeting and forecasting.

- Prepare and present monthly budget vs actual reports for properties and ownership entities.

- Prepare and present weekly cash flow reports for each ownership entity.

- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.

- Develop and maintain operational budgets for each ownership entity.

- Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, and financial procedures.

Experience: 10+ years in relevant role with Real Estate Industry, preferred from Mumbai Western Builders

Qualification: MBA / CA
