Job Description: *Responsibilities:*
1. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
6. Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
7. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
8. Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in recruitment with a focus on sourcing candidates.
- Basic knowledge of conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with 6 days working.
Qualification: Any Graduate
