Job Description: About the client: global creative storytelling & activation agency with clients across the globe in 25+ countries, working with top FMCG and pharma brands helping them differentiate their products from the competition with the help of scientific storytelling. They create world-class product demos, activation stories, and brand communication assets across various media from point of sale to digital and everything in between Job Summary: The individual will play a pivotal role in leading operations and collaborating with our cross-functional talented team to foster an environment of efficiency, talent growth & retention, cost efficiency, and process & technology-first approach to drive a positive work culture while inspiring the team to continuously learn and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Lead operations and day-to-day functioning of the agency while heading the Project delivery, Facility management & administration, HR, Finance, and Technology functions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, scientific communications & client servicing teams to plan strategies and implement policies, processes, and technology
solutions to enable world-class project deliveries.
• Own end-project deliveries by maintaining a calm, collected attitude especially during highpressure situations, to effectively navigate challenges and drive teams towards successful
outcomes.
• Administration & Facility management: Ensure smooth functioning and asset management with up-to-date IT and non-IT infrastructure.
• Human Resources: Bridge the gap between management and employees. Supervise timely resource recruitment with the support of HR executive, corresponding team leads and external
partners; Develop and implement professional development plans and annual appraisals, employee discipline and code of conduct policy compliance, conflict resolution, employee
engagement, training etc.
• Finance: Ensure processes for vendor compliances, payments, and overall finance overview along with accounts executive.
• Technology: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our processes.
• Client onboarding & coordination: Co-ordinate with the new client team and facilitate processes and representation for onboarding documentation and proposals.
• Project tracking and deliveries: Create a project tracking system for monthly updates on deliveries and send client project status reports on a timely basis.
• Technology/web-based project management: Lead the technology-based projects and collaborate and coordinate with consultants and clients for end-to-end delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• 8-10 years of agency experience with 5+ years in operations/ account management role.
• Problem-solving and independent management to drive resolutions.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management from a reputed institution, technology/science background is a plus.
• Proven experience in the overall management and fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and continuous learning.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and spoken to be able to communicate with clients across the globe.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to create and implement processes to deliver high-quality outcomes – timely delivered.
• Curiosity and commitment to implement ideas and processes to deliver business results.
• Flexible to work across time zones for client collaboration when needed.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of OTIF (on time, in full).
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Management
