Job Description: Responsibilities:
Advanced Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes.
Manage office correspondence, emails, letters and coordination with branch offices.
Assist in general office duties and administrative tasks to facilitate seamless communication and workflow..
Facilitate internal coordination and support team members as needed.
Coordinate with branch offices and other departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and reporting techniques.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as an Office Executive or similar administrative role.
