Job Description: Role Description As a Client Service Manager for the US shift, this is a full-time on-site role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction of clients. The Client Service Manager will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in client services and customer satisfaction is a must Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Experience working Contact Center or International Process with international clients is a plus
