Job Description: Should have a knowledge on designing of villa and residential projects
Use your strong design / technical knowledge for delivery of projects
Ensures design reviews are carried out at the end every stage
The candidate should have an understanding of architectural and interior drawings, and should be able to prepare interior GFC drawings for the site.
Should have innovative design details and should be able to give design solutions of look and feel shared with clients
Uses software to produce to produce progressive and innovative design
Informs the team of progress, problems and submits work for review
Assigns and delivers within project deadlines with occasional guidance..
Help in checking the Detail/ Shop drawings for the construction purpose.
Should be perceptive about the design deliverable needed on site and keep track and follow up for the same
All of the above need to be done in a timely manner.
Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
Qualification: B. Arch
Keyskills: designing, architectural, interior drawings
