Job Description:   

Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The IT Support team manages all hardware and software support to the business users across the organization ensuring business runs smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Support the team in monitoring and maintaining Internet and IT infrastructure up and running at all times
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Talk to staff and help either face-to-face or over the telephone systems or network related issues
• Replacing hardware parts, resolving printer or computer related issues
• Supporting the team for roll-out of new applications, networks, servers etc as required
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Continuously provide Level 2 IT support and troubleshooting

Experience, Skills, and Personal Qualities
▪ Minimum 1/2- year relevant experience in an IT support position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
▪ The ability to understand the technical requirement and provide effective solution IT related issues.
▪ Should be well versed in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
▪ Eager to learn and help▪ Ability to listen to instruction and work as a team player.
▪ Enthusiasm and drive to - make things happen

Education:
▪ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred


Qualification: Any IT/CS Graduate or relevant

Keyskills:   IT support, Troubleshooting, Networks, Security Management
