Job Description: 1.Put the organisation’s talent and human resources strategy into action
2.Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
3. Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
4. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
5. Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: HR recruiter, HR activities
