1. Financial Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company.
• Manage and monitor all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present financial information to stakeholders and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
• Prepare financial forecasts and track performance against budget.
• Make recommendations for cost control and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual financial audits.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Streamline financial workflows and reporting systems.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
• Assist in resolving financial issues with clients and customers.
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Commerce
Keyskills: accounting, finalization, gst, tds, statutory compliances, accounts payable, accounts receivables
