Job Description: Position Overview:
The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving our digital marketing efforts to
new heights. The individual will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, content creation, and contributing to PR activities to promote our company and its products/services.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, reflecting the brand's identity and values.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to stay updated and capitalize on opportunities.
2. Content Creation:
• Develop compelling and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with specific marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
3. Community Engagement:
• Foster meaningful interactions with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Actively engage with followers, industry influencers, and potential customers to build strong relationships.
4. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
5. PR and Brand Promotion:
• Support PR initiatives and assist in crafting press releases and media communication.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage and work on building relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media and digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to come up with engaging content ideas.
• Strong understanding of financial technology and related industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
