Job Description:   

Role Purpose: Human Resources help in maximizing the efficiency of an organization

Education: Graduation

Experience (in years): 2-4 years

Role Description
1.    Performance Management System

•    Driving the Performance cycle with Quantifiable Goal Setting Exercise, Half Yearly reviews and Annual Performance Appraisals in the system.
•    Designing and Implementing the Performance Improvement plan for the employees.
•    Implementing the Team Performance Incentive scheme.
•    Team Goals in align with organization targets.

2.    Training and Development
•    Initiate and seek closure across all locations on training needs.
•    Conducting trainings in the corporate office.
•    Coordination related to all group training programs across all locations (internal & external)
•    Handling all training programs end to end (nominations, approvals, attendance, feedback, etc)
•    Administration of all Trainings Conducted (nominations, approvals, faculty, venue, invoices, payments, record maintenance, etc.)
•    Monthly MIS on trainings conducted and as per requirement
•    Training feedback analysis and training effectiveness analysis for every program.

3.    Development Centre
•    Administering the MBTI, FIRO-B and other standardized psychometric tools for the Leadership Team.
•    Preparing and sharing the individual and group reports of tools to the management for further decisions and different roles in organization.
•    360 degree feedback process under guidance of the consultant.
•    Conducting the Employee Satisfaction Survey in the organization.

4.    On-boarding & Induction
•    Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
•    Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, Work Plans and dress code.
•    Prepare on-boarding kits (e.g. stationary, Diary).
•    Welcome new employees’ upon their arrival and give them an office tour.
•    Introduce team members.
•    Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
•    Coordinate company presentations and product demos.
•    Inform employees about SPINE (e.g. which link to use and how to activate their accounts).
•    Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
•    Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed.
•    Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll.

5.    Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations
•    Conceptualizing and branding all new initiatives
•    Handling specific initiatives independently across all locations
•    Motivational mailers and communication
•    Administration of all employee engagement and rewards programs (Kids R & R, nominations, approvals, prizes, payments, record maintenance, etc).
•    Handling monthly birthday celebrations and generation of new games/quizzes/puzzles.
•    Helping in event management for annual conferences and engagement activities across locations.
•    Vendor management for all events and work closely with admin team for pre/post- event closure.

6.    Surveys
•    Conducting the Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
•    Employee Feedback surveys.

7.    Miscellaneous Activities:
•    Preparing weekly/monthly MIS.
•    Other Initiatives.
