Job Description: Role Purpose: This role focuses in developing new clients across all centres and across the full range of services offered by the company. The role ranges across a variety of activities, including strategic consultancy, new business development, account management and in some cases, project management.
Experience: 4-5 years in Operations and Business Development
Qualification: Masters in Hospital Administration
ROLE DESCRIPTION
1. Formulating and maintaining SOPs: Updates, training, execution, and monitoring for online and centre based operations.
2. Parent grievance redressal for online and offline services.
3. Monitoring and analyzing the patient data being prepared by the admin team.
4. Working with our on ground team at Centres to understand their marketing requirements at an individual centre level.
5. Interacting closely with patients to understand who are the customer, what their requirements are and how we can engage them in longer run.
6. Guiding the Business Development Executive in executing strategy for the vertical with regards to business processes and growth.
7. Service development and creating awareness in the field of child development to venture out to new avenues.
8. Studying current market trends and understanding the market intelligence as per industry standards.
9. Present and promote the organisational literature at various forums.
10. Define business targets to be achieved at individual and team levels.
11. Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the Brand Value.
12. Working with the PR agency, with the ad agency to enhance brand and communication strategies.
13. Manpower Planning
14. Working closely with network expansion and operations team.
15. Creating presentations & reports on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.
16. Onboarding New Referral Doctors as referrals.

MIS – maintaining visit reports with all details of the Doctors, conversion rates
