Job Description:   

Role Purpose: To provide world class health care services to families in the community with children with special needs

Clinical Activities:
1 Conducts assessments and submits error free report without deviation.
2 Takes therapy of children assigned to them as per goals set by the Developmental Pediatrician/ the child’s ITP/Counseling of parents and children done as applicable.
3 Completes the daily log sheets at work itself.
4 Ensures that the Clinical and Non Clinical SOP’s are being followed without deviation.

Customer Care:
1 Is polite to all customers.
2 Understands and addresses the parent’s problem with regard to the therapy of child with humility and dignity.
3 Speaks to parents to make sure that they are comfortable with services offered.
4 Ensures that the Parental Feedback Form is explained and filled during Parental
5 Counselling Appointment.

Infrastructure and Human Capital:
1 Sends requisitions for toys/equipments to Centre Head.
2 Ensures that toys/equipments/materials etc is used with care and is kept in its place after use.
3 Resolves concerns with an employee cordially with the employee itself.
4 Contacts Centre Head for any concerns, clarifications and doubts.
5 Contacts HR for any queries with regard to contracts, salary.

Training:
1 Attends Thursday Clinical Meeting with focus on learning and development.
2 Contributes and shared knowledge with team members during the Thursday Clinical Meeting.

1 Actively participating and contributing to events organized by the organization.

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Masters in Physiotherapy/NeuroSciences
