Job Description:   

Role and Responsibilities:
•    Should have a knowledge on Luxury villa and designing of residential
•    Use your strong design / technical knowledge for delivery of projects
•    Ensures design reviews are carried out at the end every stage
•    The candidate should have an understanding of architectural and interior drawings, and should be able to prepare interior GFC drawings for the site.
•    Compiling the drawings of all consultants to make a Coordinated Set of GFC drawings
•    Should have innovative design details and should be able to give design solutions of look and feel shared with clients
•    Guides production, problem solving and design input on their project
•    Uses software to produce to produce progressive and innovative design
•    Informs the team of progress, problems and submits work for review
•    Produces a high standard of design stage reporting as required and on time.
•    Assigns and delivers within project deadlines with occasional guidance..
•    Help in checking the Detail/ Shop drawings for the construction purpose.
•    Should be perceptive about the design deliverable needed on site and keep track and follow up for the same
•    Uses the company file naming and information filing standards and follows quality standards in overall work. •    Reviews and challenges information received from sub-consultants and third parties to ensure quality compliance. Maintains an updated and accurate project plan.
•    Works with the procurement team to give cost effective solutions on design
•    Should have exposure and experience in all stages preferred, design and/or delivery of packages/parts of small projects with limited supervision
•    Would be required to make site visits often, and occasional visits to the vendors for material selections.
•    All of the above need to be done in a timely manner.
•    Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

Required Qualifications:
•    Degree educated – Bachelor’s degree in architecture – Masters optional.
•    Excellent design / technical skills
•    Solid software skills – Autocad, 3D design, Sketchup, Microsoft Office and Google drive- highly regarded
•    Good communication skills.
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Minimum of 8+ years of experience in any architectural or construction company.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture
