Job Description:   

This job is ideal for somebody having experience of catering US markets.
To lead, coach, motivate and develop teams to deliver client management growth, Proactively build relationships with Customers (internal and external). Accountable to meet/exceed the agreed targets in relation to volumes processed., will be developing a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization. Reverting on Mails/Call to the client.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Account Management support - Manage existing client account and manage a team of Client serving executive (US & German market)
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client and Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Extract and coordinate the Projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction and Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Networking and Relationship Building
  • Strong Follow up
  • Become the Reliable point of contact for each account that is required to
  • Create strong presence & to work towards strengthening the quality approach of company in customers/client minds
  • Create trust and bond
  • Reliability & Sustainability Mechanism

Delivery Management:

  • Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client
  • Coordinating with the different people in the company involved in delivering the engagement with a result oriented approach

Experience: at least 2 years in US market(International customer service)

Qualification: Any Graduate
