Acting as the point of contact between the top executives and internal or external colleagues
Organising meetings
Handling correspondence directed to managers
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
Producing reports and presentations
Job Expectations:
Candidate will be dealing with both internal colleagues and external on behalf of the management team and are also expected to display the following traits:
Excellent time management skills
Well-developed organisational skills
Attention to detail, Professional verbal and written communication skills
Qualification: Any Graduate
Keyskills: Executive Assistant, EA, ea related activites, traveling, coordination, reporting
